Limited Warranty Coverage
Every STARCAST projector includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

What Is Covered
Our warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware failures under normal use
- Internal electrical component failures
- Display defects caused by manufacturing
- Cooling system defects
- Factory-installed speaker defects
- Factory-installed connectivity defects (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB)
If a covered defect is confirmed, STARCAST may repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidental drops or impacts
- Water or liquid damage
- Fire, floods, or natural disasters
- Improper use or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect power supplies or accessories
- Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions

Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your projector has a manufacturing defect:

2. Include your order number and proof of purchase.
3. Describe the issue in detail.
4. Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.
5. Our support team will review your claim and provide the next steps.
Do not ship your product until instructed by our support team.

Repair or Replacement
If your warranty claim is approved, STARCAST may:

- Replace it with the same model, or
- Replace it with an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.
The chosen solution will depend on product availability and the nature of the defect.

Warranty Period

The warranty does not restart if the product is repaired or replaced.

Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
Except where prohibited by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by STARCAST and replaces all other express warranties.
